Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

I chose this itinerary because my husband were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. Traffic was heavy near one town, but the rest of the day was relaxed. The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. Happy with how the journey was handled. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
